The composition:

Usage:
• Turn the cap of the sample extraction buffer bottle. Caution: Open it away from your face and be careful not to spill liquid.
• Squeeze all extraction buffers from the bottle into the extraction tube. Caution: Do not touch the tube with the bottle.
• Determine the soft end of the cotton swab. Unpack the cotton swab and carefully remove it. Caution: Do not touch the soft end of the cotton swab with your hands at any time.
• Carefully insert the cotton swab into one nostril. The tip of the swab should be placed at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) from the beginning of the nostril. Roll a cotton swab 3-4 times along the nasal mucosa. Leave a cotton swab in your nostril for a few seconds. Using the same cotton swab, repeat this process for the second nostril. Remove the cotton swab from the nasal cavity. Warning: this can be annoying. Do not insert a cotton swab deeper if you feel strong resistance or pain.
• Place a cotton swab in the extraction tube. Roll the swab three to five (3-5) times. Leave the cotton swab in the extraction buffer for 1 minute.
• Squeeze the extraction tube with your fingers and remove the solution from the cotton swab as much as possible.
• Attach the cap tightly to the sample extraction tube.
• The kit components should be warmed to room temperature before performing the test. Open the bag and remove the test card. Place the card on a flat surface. Caution: The test card should be used immediately after opening.
• Invert the extraction tube and place it in the test well (S), then add 3 drops to the test sample by gently squeezing the extraction tube. Caution: The formation of air bubbles in the test well (S) must be avoided.
• Get results in 15-20 minutes. Caution: Results after more than 20 minutes may be inaccurate.
