The indicator gradually changes color from black to bright red. The change begins at 40°C, and a bright red color indicates that the pan has heated up to 70°C, meaning it is ready for frying.
Before first use, wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Lightly coat with a small amount of vegetable fat or oil. Use medium heat and avoid excessive temperatures, as overheating may damage the non-stick coating. Heat the empty pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. During cooking, metal spatulas, spoons, and forks may be used carefully; however, knives, whisks, and other sharp objects must not be used. After each use, wash and dry the pan. Do not use abrasive sponges or aggressive cleaning agents.
