Delivery

One of the top priorities of Rolling is fast and expedient delivery of goods to the customer. Considering our continuously improved car fleet and the logistics labour resources, we are convinced that we can be faster and more organised than others! However, although we endeavour to deliver the ordered goods fast, we must face the daily traffic jams that prolong the delivery time. Therefore we invite the customers to place orders in a timely manner and not to postpone them until the last minute.

For orders over EUR 25 without VAT, delivery throughout Estonia is free of charge! For orders below the specified free delivery amount, the delivery fee is EUR 3.99 without VAT. Free refills of cartridges are provided without setting the minimum order amount. To receive more favourable delivery terms, please contact our sales specialists.

When receiving the items at the Rolling warehouse in Tallinn, 1 Betooni Street, no delivery fee is applied regardless of the order amount.

We will deliver orders placed by customers in Tallinn and the outskirts of Tallinn that are made by 3:00 p.m. on the current working day within the next working day, on the condition that the product is available in stock. Orders made from the regions of Estonia are transferred for delivery to our logistics partners within the same working day and will be delivered as soon as possible.

 

As soon as we have received a customer’s order (by phone or via the Rolling online system), the logistics officer of the particular region or the courier receives it in his/her mobile device, checks the order information and starts fulfilling it by first reserving it for delivery and later changing the delivery status notes until the delivery is completed. If you are a Rolling online system user, you can also follow the delivery status of your order and its changes. By organising the logistics work in this manner, the Rolling courier sometimes arrives for the customer’s order in a few minutes after it is received.
