Ingredients: Blackcurrant syrup (60% blackcurrants, sugar), 32% fresh spirulina (microalgae A.platensis), 300mg vitamin C (per 100ml). Don't fear the sugar—this drink contains less sugar (carbohydrates) per serving than fruits and juices! Spirulina is locally grown; blackcurrant syrup sourced from Latvian farmers.
Usage: Shake before use. One dose is 22ml or 2 tablespoons. A measuring cup is available for easier dosing. We recommend mixing the daily dose with ~100ml of water. The 120ml bottle contains 5 servings, suitable for a five-day spirulina course. In cases of increased need for bioactive substances (e.g., illness, stress, injuries), two or more doses per day may be used. Recommended for use in the first half of the day due to the energy boost from spirulina. Suitable for children.
Storage: After opening, consume within 20 days and store in the refrigerator.

Fresh spirulina is a natural, unprocessed food rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Unlike the well-known and widely available spirulina powder, fresh spirulina has a very neutral taste and smell. Unlike artificial vitamin mixtures, which often cause side effects and irritate the stomach (e.g., iron supplements), spirulina is easily absorbed, improves gut microflora, and does not irritate the digestive tract. Allergies are practically not observed; however, as with any new product, we recommend monitoring your body's reaction to determine the appropriate amount. Due to the high concentration of biologically active substances, we recommend using it in the first half of the day.
