Recommendations for making coffee.
Coffee – start with fresh, coarsely ground coffee. Use about 55 grams (10-11 tablespoons).
Water - Boil 850 ml. As soon as the water stops boiling, pour it into the press.
Brewing – Pour the water into the press directly on top of the coffee, let it steep for at least 4 minutes. Stir the coffee a few times before pressing the filter.
Enjoy - Pour the coffee into a decanter to avoid over-extraction.
